The Tre Gusti Pizza Review
The Lads were now facing the end of summer and coming to terms with the Autumn chill, the holidays were a distant memory and with only a minimal chance that the credit cards used to to pay for these summer extravagances could be cleared by next summer.
The mood was down and this was compounded when Teds missus decided to buy the tins of Christmas chocolates “while they still had some!” (this is still in October by the way). Man, you’ve gotta be kidding! So scraping together the last of our resources and throwing financial caution to the wind we ended up sitting in Prezzo, which can cost a few more pennies than some other outlets, But hey we deserved it, don’t we?. We realised we hadn’t reviewed the Tre Gusti yet, so here goes.
This is a serious Prezzo classic and when it arrived promptly and hot and fresh from the oven we were greeted with a fantastic pizza, a true delight. The Pepperoni and Pancetta really setting off the lush seasoned chicken, not too much rosemary but enough, and a decent pizza base that was soft and crispy all at the same time. With classic melting cheese and tomato topping, perfect!. Another triumph!
A thumbs up from The Pizza Lads
