What We Say
The Pizza Lads love Pizza Hut but found this APP disappointing, navigation is difficult and seems extremely complicated. The order information on the app seems to bear little relation to what the outlet is physically doing. Offers sometimes don’t get applied to orders and we have had problems updating the app itself. Not any option to make a telephone call or could even know the contact number to speak to someone to sort out any issues. Might be improved next update but for now 2 out 5. Very poor from such a prestigious company.
