The first chapter ‘Getting Started’ gives information on equipment, ingredients and cooking in both a domestic oven and a wood burning stove. The second chapter, ‘Dough’, gives guidance on making dough by hand or machine and recipes for Sourdough, Spelt and Gluten-Free.
